- Ability to Lead Agile Team/Scribe User Stories and Acceptance Criteria by working with clients.
- Oracle/Sybase
- Apigee Integrations knowledge
Job Description:
- Lead the design and development of complex applications using Spring Boot, Microservices, and Core Java.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in coding, testing, and documentation to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Candidate needs to have Strong Agile Experience and Ability to understand and write User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and run Scrum Ceremonies.
