Job Description: The Lead Installer will be responsible for leading a team of furniture installers, ensuring the successful and timely installation of furniture and related products at client sites. This role involves field reporting, direct interaction with customers, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of furniture installers, ensuring high-quality and efficient installations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with customers during installation projects, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct field reporting, including documenting installation progress and any issues that arise.
- Ensure all installations are completed according to company standards and client specifications.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving furniture up to 50 lbs.
- Train and mentor new installers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Proven experience in furniture installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) as required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills for field reporting and communication.
