The Lead Generation & Brand Engagement Specialist at INDUSTRIAL will spearhead initiatives to establish robust business development leads, craft and respond to strategic social media leads, post on our social platforms, and launch promotional activities aimed at establishing a diverse and vigorous sales pipeline. This role demands a dynamic blend of sales acumen and social media marketing creativity, ideally suited for a candidate who embodies our core values and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively generate and qualify leads using CRM tools and LinkedIn; engage directly with potential clients through strategic outreach including emails, outbound calls, and face-to-face interactions at industry events.
- Client Relations: Build and strengthen relationships through exemplary representation of our brand values; collaborate closely with leadership including the CEO, VP of Creative Production, and VP of Business Development to align sales strategies.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales tools and tactics to enhance client acquisition and retention; regularly analyze sales data to optimize strategies.
- Brand Awareness Execution: Lead the creation and execution of a top-of-the-sales funnel social media strategy that aligns with our brand’s vision and goals. Produce content calendars, coordinate marketing assets, and manage campaign executions to ensure brand consistency.
- Community Management: Monitor social media channel activity and respond to engaged audiences via direct messages and comments in a helpful manner. Experience working with LinkedIn is highly preferred.
- Collaboration: Provide both creative and administrative support to the Creative Director; ensure alignment of individual goals with broader organizational objectives through regular stakeholder meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales and/or marketing, preferably in a creative agency, video production, or related field.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that effectively attract and retain clients.
- Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, analytics, and social media management. Experience within the B2B marketing field preferred.
- Industry Passion: Keen interest in video production and the manufacturing industry; willingness to challenge the status quo and drive innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator), Canva, Sprout Social and other relevant tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; significant relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel for business development purposes, as well as internal needs.
