Are you a self-motivated individual with a passion for generating new business leads? Custom Fabricating & Supplies is seeking a Lead Generator to drive business growth by contacting potential B2B clients. This role involves making 80-100 quality calls per week, nurturing prospects, and funneling them into the sales process. You'll work closely with our Outside Sales and Customer Service teams to turn these leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold call potential B2B clients and identify decision-makers.
- Log and track call results in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and collaborate with Sales to close deals.
- Continuously refine your approach to improve lead quality and volume.
- Meet or exceed lead generation goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in cold calling or B2B lead generation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle objections and remain positive under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
