Lead Generator/CSR (REMOTE) at TEKsystems

We are looking for 5 Customer Service Representatives to join our team!

Location: Remote (except CA, OR, WA, and Houston)

Job Duties:

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls from an autodialer
• Work alongside insurance agents to help generate leads

Requirements:

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Hardwired, high-speed internet and a closed-door, distraction-free work environment

Perks: Uncapped commission, top performers earned significant bonuses ($800-$5,000), $100/month stipend for internet, + $200 a month perfect attendance bonus

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm PST. Must be able to work a 40-hour work week during any of these hours
