Quadris Team, LLC - A Revenue Cycle Management Group, is searching for that dynamic person to join us, working with our highly skilled Accounts Receivable team to fill the role of a LEAD Accounts Receivable Specialist role. JOB FOCUS: This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the client's inventory under the supervision of the Account Manager. The AR Specialist T3 will lead account research and follow-up, provide educational and training tools, and offer solutions and recommendations for continuous improvement to the AM. This position will demonstrate RCM acumen and rely on industry standards, effective auditing, identify trends, and other processes. This individual must demonstrate a commitment to the organization's strategic plans, short-term and long-term goals, mission, vision, and values. The T3PS is expected to present Quadris in a caring and professional manner and be ahead of the problems with solutions.

- Receipt Log review
- First level resource for Tier 1 & 2 Questions
- Training

- Trends reporting and managing
- Work with Account Manager for new client strategies

Core Talent Essentials:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 4+ experience in healthcare revenue cycle management with a broad scope of AR knowledge
- Has the ability to manage most AR anomalies and situations by making appropriate decisions for successful outcomes
- Advanced knowledge of CPT and ICD-10
- Have an active Certification as a CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) or must obtain within 6 months of date of hire
- Must have professional level skills in MS products such as Excel, Word, Power Point.
