Lead HVAC Installer / Journeyman - Yarbrough and Sons Heat & Air

Yarbrough and Sons Heat and Air is hiring for a full-time Lead HVAC Installer / Journeyman to lead our Blanchard, OK team. This position is responsible for completing accurate and timely installations for our clients while mentoring and training an assigned apprentice. This journeyman position works to ensure all jobs are completed as assigned/needed, will communicate all suggestions and feedback to help maintain the profitability of jobs, and works closely with clients to collect payment and ensure complete satisfaction with the services provided. This vital position works 40 hours/week, from 7 am-4 pm, with occasional weekend and overtime opportunities, especially during the summer months. Our Journeymen earn a competitive hourly wage of $16-$28/hour, depending on skills and experience, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus (paid after 90 days). QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD HVAC INSTALLER / JOURNEYMAN

• Oklahoma Journeyman License
• Applicable experience with refrigeration and brazing
• Comfortable lifting and moving in excess of 50lbs as well as performing other physical requirements of the job
• Driver's license and good driving record
• Can pass a drug and background check
