We are Hiring a Lead HVAC Installer to be part of the team! Due to growth in our company, we have an immediate opening for a Lead Installer, someone with experience leading a residential retrofit/changeout team. No new construction.

Job Title: Lead HVAC Installer

Pay: $65,000 - $100,000 + per year. Piece Rate + competitive hourly rate & bonuses

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm - flexible according to job

What you will be doing:

• Pick up box truck at the shop every morning
• Dispatched jobs via Service Titan
• Retrofit / Changeout installation of residential HVAC systems (99% Residential)
• High efficiency HVAC systems, heat pumps, 90% furnaces and AC
• Communicating systems
• High-end Mitsubishi systems
• Formal commissioning via Measure Quick
• Customer Service
• Opportunity to train and share knowledge

Qualifications / Skills

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 3 + years of residential retrofit installation experience
• Lead install job experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes
• Able to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance
• High School Diploma or GED

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and MVR upon being given a conditional offer of employment
