Your New Role:
As a Lead HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for everything HVAC. You’ll work on maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of heating and air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial buildings. Your responsibilities will include:
- Tackling challenging HVAC problems with skill and precision.
- Leading the charge on troubleshooting and fixing systems with minimal supervision.

- 5+ years of heating and air conditioning experience as an HVAC service technician.
- Expert Knowledge about technology
- Ability to understand equipment manuals and work orders to perform the required service.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from heights or small crawl spaces.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test upon hire.
- Valid Kansas or Missouri Driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
