Compensation: $83,000 - $89,000 per year plus spiffs. Our top lead technicians can earn $110,000+ with spiffs!
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with an hour lunch
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 5+ years' experience with residential HVAC service
- Willingness to travel to the service area
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance
- EPA Universal Certification
- Ability to provide directions given, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to comply with all safety rules
- Ability to handle system start-up and adjustments
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on various residential heating and air conditioning systems, delivering high-quality service to our valued customers
- Make product recommendations and educate customers about HVAC options to help them make informed decisions
- Test HVAC systems after repairs or maintenance to ensure proper functionality and performance
- Communicate with clients in a courteous and professional manner, explaining diagnoses and recommended solutions clearly
- Document all work performed, including repairs made, parts used, and any additional recommendations
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for clients and team members
- Provide training to less experienced service technicians
