What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of Commercial HVAC Service Experience.
• Versatility: Ability to work on both residential and commercial projects, including soldering, sheet metal work, heating and air conditioning, and thermostat installation.
• Technical Expertise: Strong skillset in commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical systems.
• Design & Modifications: Expertise in HVAC functions, ductwork modifications, and system design.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with clients, coworkers, and project managers.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills and a solid work ethic.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to maintain a high degree of precision and logical problem-solving.
• Stability: A stable work history is a must.
