**What We're Looking For:**
- High School diploma or GED (Associate's Degree preferred).
- Completion of Early Childhood Education courses (as required by the state).
- Enthusiasm for teaching and caring for infants and toddlers.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (because our little ones love to be picked up!).
- Flexibility to work between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (varied shifts available).
- Reliable transportation - consistency is crucial in early childhood care.
- Clean background check (a must before we extend an offer).
**Your Role as a Lead Teacher:**
- Provide attentive, nurturing care while delivering high-quality early childhood education.
- Communicate effectively with parents, co-teachers, and professionals about each child's development.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of infant and toddler development (physical, emotional, social, and cognitive).
- Design and implement activities that inspire curiosity, learning, and fun!
- Create a welcoming and thoughtfully planned environment that fosters exploration and growth.
- Resolve any infant or toddler care issues with compassion and care.
- Use excellent time management skills to maintain a safe, organized classroom.
