Lead Installation Technician- Minnesota - TEKsystems

Description:

The client is growing rapidly and needing to add more support to their team. They will be looking for a candidate that is a good culture fit and has a good understanding of access control, CCTV and intrusion. The client is continuing to grow and has only been up running for 3 years. They can be doing 100+ door access control installs and working in all commercial environment for their day to day. These projects will range from large to small so they need to be adaptable and flexible with with learning/coaching on the job. This will be our first person on this team and could result in more hires down the line with success filling this role. This Lead will need to be able to manage their own jobs and run it from start to finish.
