Lead Installer - Godby Heating Plumbing Electrical

Godby Heating Plumbing Electrical is a growing organization with an opening for a Lead HVAC Installer.

Pay: $31.74/hr to $40.67/hr depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:00 am - 4:00 pm with an hour for lunch. Some overtime is needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• 4+ years of experience in HVAC Installation
• Must be mechanically inclined with the ability to work with hand and power tools
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients
• Must have completed HVAC Certification through trade school
• Possess a Universal EPA Certification
• Possess both written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow directions as given, written and verbal
• NATE Core Certification
• Ability to supervise, train, and lead a crew of installers and apprentices
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
