Lead IT Infrastructure

Role Description:
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring SLAs are met and that infrastructure components are operating optimally.
Implement disaster recovery strategies and perform regular system backups and restoration tests.
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing guidance and resolution support to IT support teams.
Develop and monitor KPIs related to system uptime, project completion rates, and support resolution times to drive continuous improvement.
