Job Title: Lead Java Developer
Duration: 6-12 months

Job Details:
As a technical lead, you'll need to organize, spearhead and own the technical side of the project. You should help to coach and mentor development team in all aspects of the agile development life cycle
You'll need to show technical mastery of Java / OO for large website development
Basic requirements:
*Must have experience in service oriented architecture concepts such as SOAP, REST, WSDL, XSD, XML parsing, and Web Services client and service development
*Strong experience with core Java/J2EE technologies
* Thorough knowledge and hands on experience with Spring, Spring Data, Spring Integration, Spring Drool, Spring Data-RS, Hibernate framework
* Experience with SQL, relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle
* Knowledge in front end technologies (Ajax, JQuery) , Angular JS, Twitter Bootstrap
*Experience in running TDD practice
*Good knowledge of Caching mechanism : EHcache, Gemfire distributed caching
Technical Qualifications:
*Previous hands-on Tech Lead experience leading a team of at least 3-5 members.
*10+ years of enterprise-level hands-on J2EE development experience.
*Two years of Agile Development experience.
*Demonstrates strong working knowledge of OOAD methodologies and life cycles.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an agile software development environment, including emergent architecture, changing requirements, and changing priorities (SCRUM, Agile, XP, etc.). In addition, the lead developer will be a reliable team player devoted to coach and mentor team in all aspects of technical solution.
