What You Will Do
- Full lifecycle application development
- Lead development teams through all phases of SDLC
- Train and mentor team members as needed
- Design, code and debug software
- Perform software analysis, risk analysis, reliability analysis
- Participate in software modeling and simulation
- Integrate new software solutions with existing systems
- Extract and reverse engineer existing code
- Have a passion for innovation, new ideas, quick prototyping, hackathons etc.
- Explore and innovate new technologies, features, and tools
- Have an open-minded approach to development strategy and approaches
- Actively look for ways to make everything better
Required:
- 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Java development
- Strong in Core Java and OOPs programming concepts
- Experience designing/developing integration solutions using Java frameworks
- Experience with the following frameworks: Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot
- Experience in PBM or Healthcare domains
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
