Your Role: As a Lead Journeyman Electrician, you will:

• Oversee electrical installations, ensuring all work meets company standards and project specifications.
• Manage and coordinate a team of electricians, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents.
• Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician, with proven leadership abilities.
• Licensing: A valid State of Texas Journeyman Electrician License is required.
• Skills: Proficient in electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs for commercial and industrial settings.
• Leadership: Strong ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
