About the Job
As a Lead Knowledge Analyst (LKA) within BCG’s Operations Practice Area, you will collaborate and partner in a growing global team, providing functional expertise and insights. You will work together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.
Additionally, as an LKA you will drive development of intellectual property and knowledge assets to support the Manufacturing & Supply Chain business, serving as an active contributor to commercialization efforts for the topic, whilst working with business leaders to drive proposals & go-to-market efforts. As an LKA, you may line manage a team of junior colleagues, taking responsibility for their goal setting, ongoing feedback and career development support.
The Operations Practice Area is one of BCG's functional practices and helps our clients create competitive advantage by enhancing their performance and building strategic capabilities. The Manufacturing & Supply Chain Business Line comprises an expert network of knowledge team members and experienced consultants who help our clients on specific cases related to the functions and disciplines within the topic (e.g., end-to-end supply chain optimization, manufacturing & supply chain strategy, network optimization, digital operations, lean production systems, logistics, quality and maintenance & production engineering).
The candidate is expected to have relevant expertise in at least two or more of the following topics: Manufacturing & Supply Chain strategy and Benchmarking, Lean Production systems, Maintenance optimization, Quality Management, Industry 4.0/AI/GenAI application, Supply Chain Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Inventory Optimization, Logistics, Sustainability in Operations.
