Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Shift Hours: 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute safe food service protocols in accordance with Health Department standards.
- Plan and prepare meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular training sessions on food safety and sanitation practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
