About the Job
The Baltimore Country Club is seeking an experienced Lead Line Cook. This individual will prepare food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards for al-al-cart dining, including breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, holiday events and special parties while maintaining a neat, clean and safe work environment. This position may also serve members and guests by working food stations, including carving stations and buffet lines. Candidates should have experience or be familiar with a variety of dining venues including fine dining, buffets, grill stations, display cooking, inspecting all food items for quality, checking portion control and weights and be familiar in cooking upscale regional cuisine.
Candidates must be able to use proper math skills when working with recipes. Candidates must have at least 3 years of culinary experience working in a fast paced environment. Country Club experience preferred.
