Our client, Pocono Farms Country Club is searching for a Full Time Lead Line Cook to join their team. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Pocono Farms is a busy country club offering full ala carte grill / pub, banquet, and special events menus for guests. This is a full time, year-round, hands-on position with growth potential for the right individual.

We are looking for a candidate that is creative and proficient in all aspects of cooking, food preparation, and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Professional and friendly attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with a clear ability to positively interact with Members, guests and co-workers.
• Prior experience as a Line Cook or Sous Chef is strongly preferred.
