Lead Machinist Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversee CNC and manual machining operations for high-quality parts.
• Supervise and support a team of 5-6 machinists.
• Coordinate work assignments with the production manager to meet goals and deadlines.
• Conduct quality control inspections on materials and parts.
• Troubleshoot machining issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment per company policies and safety regulations.

• Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of machining processes, materials, and quality control.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in CNC and manual machining.
• Strong leadership skills for team management and motivation.
