Lead Maintenance Mechanic, Plant Operations and Maintenance, 11p-7:30a - Norton Healthcare

Under minimal supervision, the Lead Maintenance Mechanic provides department and staff support in accordance with department policy and job duties. Incumbent is responsible for the oversight of installation and maintenance of major hospital and medical campus equipment. This role will prioritize activities, respond to concerns, mentor new associates, and coordinate staff to maximize productivity during each shift. The incumbent will delegate tasks and follow up on requests and concerns that arise during the shift. Incumbent will provide feedback to leadership on annual performance appraisals, coaching's, and corrective action for staff members. The incumbent will facilitate communication, empowerment, ownership, staff development, and other strategies to bring about enhanced employee involvement, job satisfactions, and quality service.

Required:
