Our client a Fortune 500 Software Organization is seeking a Lead Marketing Analyst to bring onto the team.
Duties:
The Category Analytics and Solutions team was established to drive category growth by bridging business strategy to marketing execution and delivering unified category insights and solutions. The group closely partners with product marketing, paid media, business unit leaders and other corporate functions to enhance understanding of our customers and their digital journey.
In this highly visible role you will work closely with cross functional teams to help inform campaign targets, evaluate investment efficiency, provide input on targeting and audience strategies, as well as drive improvements in internal analytics tools. You will build a strong data-driven narrative on overall category health and key insights into business and marketing performance. A balance of analytical skills as well as strong organization and communication skills is key. Knowledge of marketing and media channels required, mobile and Gen AI is highly preferred!

- Experience with synthesizing large scale data sets to generate insights and recommendations.

- 7+ years of consulting, finance, strategy, or marketing analytics experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to structure problems into an analytics plan.
- Experience with synthesizing large scale data sets to generate insights and recommendations.
- Track record of using data and insights to drive change and implement new initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, ability to clearly articulate insights to a wide range of audiences.
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and work with multiple business partners.
- Knowledge of the cross-channel and cross-platform marketing and media landscape and experience evolving analytics and measurement capabilities.
- Working knowledge of Excel, SQL, Tableau, and/or Power BI is preferred.
- Knowledge of mobile and Generative AI space is highly preferred.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
