What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a customer service setting, preferably in the pet care or hospitality industry.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide the team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- A punctual and reliable individual with excellent time and task management abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, with a quick learning curve for new software.
- Comfort and ease working with dogs
