Lead Plumber - Preferred Professional Plumbing

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team based in Lombard, IL. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM-5 PM, with on-call duties, rotating weekends, and the opportunity for overtime.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Starting your day as a Lead Plumber means tackling service calls in the Western suburbs of Chicago with precision. Your expertise lies in diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues to the highest standards. In addition to delivering top-notch technical services, you have the opportunity to suggest additional solutions, delighting customers and boosting your earnings. While your regular workday ends at 5 PM, there's also the chance for on-call duty and overtime, allowing you to take on extra hours and increase your income.

Here's what you need to become our Lead Plumber:

• 3+ years as a plumbing apprentice or licensed plumber
• Ability to work rotating weekends on-call

The following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience in service plumbing
• Strong customer service skills and professional grooming standards
• A team player with leadership skills
• Great customer service skills and a willingness to collaborate with the team
