We're expanding our team and seeking a Lead Plumber with expertise in commercial, residential, and industrial plumbing.

Your New Role As a Lead Plumber:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in line with local plumbing codes and IPC regulations.
• Tackle a diverse mix of commercial, new construction, and residential work.
• Oversee helpers and subcontractors, ensuring top-quality performance and strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, particularly on fast-paced jobs requiring tight deadlines.

This Job Is For You If:

• You have 2-5 years of experience in commercial or residential plumbing and thrive on fast-paced, diverse projects.
• You’re a licensed Journeyman Plumber who isn’t afraid to get hands-on, whether it’s a new construction project or a last-minute service call.
• You can handle managing helpers and subcontractors and keep projects on track without constant oversight.

This Job Is Not For You If:

• You struggle to work independently and manage time-sensitive projects.
• You’re uncomfortable switching between commercial, residential, and service plumbing.

• 2-5+ years of plumbing experience with proficiency in both service and new construction.
• Back Flow Certification (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints for plumbing layouts (plus).
• Knowledge of local building, plumbing, and gas codes and IPC regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to supervise helpers and subcontractors effectively.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S., pass a background check, and complete drug screening.
