Be the PM lead for gameplay roadmap planning and ensure our gameplay updates and DLCs delight players and drive business success.Responsibilities:Generate insights that identify new opportunities for game expansions and increase business and player impact of new Sims 4 DLCs Collaborate with data, consumer insights, user research, and other teams to find qualitative and quantitative insights that improve the business performance and player satisfaction of gameplay features and updates Recommend and manage AB tests that improve the gameplay experienceWork with large data sets to analyze player behavior and recommend gameplay features that enhance the player experience Drive improvements to the Sims 4 gameplay roadmap process; Regularly refresh the backlog, use data to assess and evaluate opportunities, and with Design and Production, prioritize our future DLC and base game updates Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing leaders to review changes to our DLC go-to-market and promotional plans Lead Product Reviews and retrospectives that analyze previous gameplay releases and recommend changes to the roadmap based on learnings Qualifications:5-10 years Product Management experiencePrevious experience launching and optimizing gameplay features for a large title, particularly on PC and/or consolePrevious experience leading roadmap planning for a large title Analytical background; Experience turning data into actionable insightsHigh proficiency with Microsoft ExcelMBA, business, or software engineering backgroundPassion for games, especially Life Simulation gamesVisit us at: COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations
