the capabilities and usability of our AI Agent framework, focusing on scalability, ease of configuration, and control.

Build AI Agents

with the ability to write or extend AI frameworks where necessary, rather than relying solely on existing frameworks.

•

Lead the expansion

of our roster of off-the-shelf AI Agents and capabilities to enable rapid deployment and scaling.

•

Collaborate closely

with product, sales, and customer success teams to deliver improvements to AI Agents.

•

Design and build

automated analytics to measure outcomes across thousands of AI Agent conversations, quantifying performance and identifying improvement opportunities.

•

Act as a thought partner

to the founders on technical strategy and team scaling.

•

Mentor and guide

future engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

•

Increase the percentage of leads converted

by our AI Agents compared to human sales agents.

•

Reduce the time

required to configure and launch AI Agents for each client.

•

Ensure

that each client’s AI Agent meets pre-defined business KPIs.
