Position: Lead SDET Engineer
Core Responsibilities:
- Design & implement automated test frameworks for Golang & C applications.
- Encompassing the full stack from low-level virtualization to UI testing in a distributed environment.
- Develop tools to build, maintain, & operate test automation frameworks to simplify test development, performance testing, & fast feedback.
- Build test infrastructure to integrate with & extend our CI/CD process (GitHub Actions).
- Collaborate with developers to ensure early incorporation of test planning & execution in release cycles.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, spot system anomalies, & determine root causes.
- Promote best practices in code health, testing, & maintainability across the development team.
- Communicate insights & plans to cross-functional teams & management.
- Understand existing code flow & its integration with various components & interfaces.
- Lead a team of 2-3 resources.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in product companies & startups is ideal
- Expertise in creating fullstack testing frameworks & developing test automation from scratch.
- 6+ years in software engineering, ideally with Linux, Go, Python, or C/C++.
- Strong experience with Docker, CI/CD, & DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Adaptable & thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Creative problem solver with a proactive approach.
- B.S. or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
