Job Summary |
As the Lead Quality Engineer for Digital team, you will lead a team responsible for testing and validating server-side of an application, including databases, APIs, and business logic. Your role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and scalability of our applications which forms the core of our ecommerce platform.

Lead QE Efforts:Drive the quality engineering strategy ensuring comprehensive test coverage and high-quality releases. | 30% |
Automation Testing Framework: Develop, Maintain and Guide Test Automation execution and undertake analysis of results to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and technical requirements. | 20% |
Domain Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of various applications to perform comprehensive root cause analysis. | 20% |
Defect Management: Track, manage, and report on defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders. | 20% |
Reporting & Documentation: Provide clear and comprehensive reports on test outcomes, quality metrics, and areas for improvement, and maintain thorough documentation of test plans and strategies. | 10% |
Working Conditions |
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. |
Ability to work in an office environment 1 day a week |

Involve in Go-Live support of the production deployments. |
The annual base salary range for this position is $153,000.00 - $163,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
