JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a hungry, sales heavy, and empathetic go-getter with strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills to join our team as a Licensed Realtor/Acquisition Specialist! We are seeking an associate that embodies our company values of accountability, consistently pursuing excellence, ownership, and integrity. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a ton of freedom to really build this as big as you’re driven to. You will work to set appointments to meet with homeowners. You will be meeting directly with sellers to understand their motivations and how we may be able to help them solve their problems or achieve their goals by ultimately acquiring the property. We are ideally seeking a Real Estate Savvy professional, with an understanding of how to run Comps and communicate efficiently and effectively with individuals in this Hot Market! In addition, our ideal candidate is looking for growth in their career as well as growth as a mentor/team lead.

• Base pay of $2k/month for the first 3-4 months, then a 15% commission off of each transaction

• 60/40 split for listing transactions, with additional bonus opportunities once integrated into the lead position

• OTE of $100-150k for first year

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed

• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information

• Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on

• Perform analysis on property value using comps, google street view etc.

• Phone-Based Selling - You are on the phone most of the day talking with potential sellers

• Mentor and assist with training team in obtaining and negotiating both traditional and investment real estate needs

• Must have the willingness to tackle new leads in Real Time; Answering phones on the first ring and maintaining/growing current lead generators (Various TV Ads, provided to the sales team \ bird dogs, Mail-out’s, Local Signs, etc.)

• Uncover motivation and build value

• Your work style must be a good balance between confident and direct yet empathetic to the homeowner’s situation

• Must pay attention to the tiny details

• Negotiate purchase contracts with homeowners and real estate agents

• Can work over the weekend if they’re willing to for hot leads during the weekends

• Research market value comparable within the area

• Proven track record of problem-solving and resourcefulness | Ability to roll with the punches, quick learner

• Be able to converse on the phones 7-8 hours per day

QUALIFICATIONS

• Team player | Self-starter | Approachable

• 2-4 years of sales experience (Real Estate license required)

• Strong negotiation skills & a natural deal maker

• Excellent follow-up skills

• Ability to set and close appointments over the phone

• Loves to talk with different kinds of people

• Relationship building skills with teammates and clients

• You must have a clear speaking voice and better than great communication skills

• Willingness to learn our process and absorb the sales training provided.

• Must be okay with working 1099, in-office M-F 9-5 (local to Houston), and ability to get to in-person client appointments
