Lead Reliability Engineer/Plant Engineer - CapstoneONE Search

We are representing a globally recognized industrial manufacturing organization who is actively seeking a Lead Reliability Engineer/Plant Engineer due to a recently announced retirement. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this position will be responsible for strategically leading reliability programs, projects, and department for the plant. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Develop and employ maintenance and reliability planning and execution programs for the site.
• Manage and control M&R departmental budget(s).
• Oversee major capital equipment overhaul projects.
• Direct and improve preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize foreseen and unforeseen downtime.
• Work to drive margin by improving equipment deliverables and efficiencies

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree (engineering or similar) preferred.
• 5-7+ years of reliability/engineering experience within heavy industrial manufacturing environment(s).
• CapEx Project experience is preferred
