Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong customer service-oriented candidate to join our local pawn shop. We are looking for a sales professional who is looking for a full-time permanent career with the goal to grow into a leadership role. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, managed or supervised individuals, and have basic sale savvy skills. They should be able to multitask and observant of surroundings. This requires strong interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well with others. We are looking for energetic, responsible, reliable, fast learners who have an outgoing personality and enjoy lots of customer contact to fill our Lead Sales Associate position.
Responsibilities/duties:
- Sales
- General Data entry
- Assisting customers and creating a positive experience.
- Must be an organized professional.
- Answer Phone, greet customers, filing and process paperwork.
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Ability to research product information
- Taking on additional tasks
- Assisting with various reports
Requirements:
- Basic Microsoft office knowledge.
- Must have sales experience
- Attention to detail.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality rules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Working various shifts.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products and services.
- Will be required to complete in-store training exercises.
- Must Pass extensive Background Screening and Drug Testing.
Hours: 9:00am - 7:00pm Monday through Friday. Saturdays 9:00am-6:00pm
Rate of Pay: $14 Depending on experience, plus commission.
