Day to day as a Lead Scheduler
As the Full-Time Lead Scheduler at Mennonite Village, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our scheduling operations on campus. Your responsibilities will include creating and updating scheduling templates to ensure streamlined processes, as well as meticulously reviewing schedules for any discrepancies. You will be the go-to professional for filling open shifts, demonstrating your problem-solving skills as you oversee the entire scheduling landscape. Collaborating closely with various departments, you'll address scheduling concerns head-on, fostering a customer-centric environment that prioritizes the well-being of our residents and staff.
