About the Opportunity
Meadowhawk Biolabs is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Lead Scientific Data Management/Report Writer to work within the Lab Operations Support Team at our Marlborough, MA location (Hybrid negotiable) to help manage scientific data, assemble scientific reports, and implement data QC process in a fast-paced team environment. This position will be working with the scientific service lines (LC/MS Bioanalysis, Immunoanalytical, and In Vivo Services. The ideal candidate is driven, hardworking, willing to learn, dedicated, and passionate about science. Given that we are a newly launched Contract Research Organization (CRO) founded by an experienced team of industry veterans, this ground floor position offers unique opportunities for the successful candidate to contribute meaningfully to the creation and development of our services, expand their knowledge base by participation in multidisciplinary teams, and advance their career in capabilities and responsibilities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
- Create MS Word report templates for the various service types
- Assemble scientific data and format it into a Scientific Report.
- Create and manage Data QC process
- Use Smartsheets to help manage scheduling of deliverables to the client
- Participate in efforts to improve processes and streamline procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues at all levels within and across departments
- Perform all other related duties as assigned
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in scientific field with a minimum of 5 years directly related industry experience. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered as substitution for the specific criteria outlined above.
Skills:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented while working under tight timelines
- Adapts readily, willingly, and effectively to changes in assignments and priorities
- Able to multitask and independently manage time to maximize productivity
- Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledgeable on use and design of Smartsheets
- Experienced with Scientific Systems (Sciex OS, Watson, SoftMax Pro, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Compensation:
The specific salary for this position may vary and will be based upon factors including, but not limited to the individual’s experience, education, and skills. In addition to salary, Meadowhawk provides benefits upon hire that currently include Medical, Dental, Vision, ST & LT Disability, and a 401k match.
