• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the service team, ensuring all plumbing service and repair jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Perform a variety of plumbing services, including installations, maintenance, and repairs, for both residential and commercial customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing accurate assessments and recommendations for repairs or replacements.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain service options, provide estimates, and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
• Train, mentor, and support junior technicians, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including work orders, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the service truck is well-stocked and organized with necessary tools and materials.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement service strategies, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed, demonstrating a commitment to customer service and responsiveness.

• 5+ years proven experience as a plumbing service technician, with a strong background in residential and commercial plumbing services.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of technicians.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and materials, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturer specifications.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
• Valid plumbing license or certification (as required by local regulations).
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to participate in continuous training and professional development.
