Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on residential electrical systems
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every appointment
- Present multiple repair options and recommend proactive solutions
- Accurately prepare estimates and explain service agreements
- Communicate effectively with the office and warehouse
- Enjoy talking with customers both on the phone and in person
- Maintain strong working relationships with team members
- Document visits and complete required forms
- Participate in rotating on-call schedules, including nights and weekends
- Follow all electrical codes and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Current 02 electrical license
- 2+ years of experience in diagnostics and sales calls
- Valid driver's license
- Strong customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Must be willing to undergo a thorough background check
- Computer literate
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
