V-Tron Electronics Corporation is looking for a Lead Shipper to join our team in our Attleboro location. The Lead Shipper is a key member of the shipping department who will organize and prepare packages, box and ship electronic cables, harness, mechanical and electrical components.
The ideal candidate will be curious, have a strong attention to detail and passion for customer success.

We began as an electronics service provider to the emerging Massachusetts computer industry in the 1970’s and quickly grew to offer these services to a wide variety of industries including Semi-Conductors, Medical, Military and Industrial Electronics, all while shipping worldwide.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of outgoing shipments and arrange for transportation of products.
- Accurately count, protect and package customer products to ensure against damage during shipping.
- Maintain adequate shipping supplies.
- Must maintain an excellent attendance record.
- Responsible for maintaining shipping instructions and production travelers.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior shipping experience.
- Computer literate.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors and managers.
- Knowledge of utilizing an EPR system.
- Knowledge of using UPS, FedEx, DHL shipping software and bill of ladings.
- Familiar with Export compliance.
- Familiar with International shipment process and requirements.
- Ability to lift 70 or more pounds when necessary.
- Familiar with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control.
- Should possess self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
