About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Full-Stack Lead Engineer to lead our state-side outbound team
You will lead an established team of seasoned professional that is currently supporting our legacy application while also being a driving voice as we build out our future, which is a cloud-based architecture
You will have responsibilities for the build and rollout of new applications, tools, platforms and services within our cloud environments
You will be empowered to always take the initiative, propose ideas, and innovate to enable modernization and Cloud adoption.In this role, you will:Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impactManage, coach, and develop a team of individual contributor engineer roles with low to moderate complexity and less experienced managers who are responsible for building high quality capabilities with modern technologyAct as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplinesDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programsReview and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factorsMake decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesCollaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goalsLead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentorRequired Qualifications:5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of experience with microservices1+ years of experience with Alvaria DialerAt least current 1 Cloud certification (Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, Azure etc..)Desired Qualifications:Experience with Acqueon a plusContact center engineering/technology management experience.Experience with Architecture and Design of enterprise systemsOutbound automated dialer experienceKnowledge of major outbound regulations (TCPA, FRCDA, etc.)Vulnerability managementBCP managementAgile experience (preferably experienced with Jira and Confluence)Understanding of product methodology and business partnerships requiredProduction incident managementSoftware Development Life Cycle and release management understandingJob Address:1525 W WT Harris Blvd., Charlotte, North Carolina 300 S Brevard St., Charlotte, North Carolina 550 S 4th St., Minneapolis, Minnesota 2600 S Price Rd., Chandler, Arizona 194 S
