ServiceNow Business Analyst - GenAI
Focus: Governance & Processes
Large Banking Client
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Charlotte, Dallas (Plano), Des Moines, Minneapolis, Chandler, New Jersey (Woodbridge), New York (NY)
Hybrid: - 3 days onsite, 2 Remote
Must Haves:
- 5+ years experience with the ServiceNow platform
- 3+ years experience working on an Agile Delivery Team
- 3+ years experience in an Agile Delivery Tool like JIRA, Rally, VersionOne, or ServiceNow Agile tools (preferably JIRA & Confluence)
Nice to Haves:
- Certified System Admin (CSA) preferred but not required
- Now Assist or Virtual Agent experience preferred but not required
Job Description:
- Quantify value metrics for Gen AI use cases and develop process for tracking
- Operationalize Governance processes for ServiceNow AI
- Create action plans and stories to address friction in governance processes and implement continuous improvement as needed
- Monitor and correlate impact on OKRs from Features
- Have an understanding of ServiceNow administration and being able to operationalize any governance processes for ServiceNow AI
- Looking at metrics and OKR’s of the value the team is seeing from leveraging Gen AI and how can they can track this kind of stuff.
- ServiceNow experience but this person will be more process and governance oriented
