Responsibilities:
- Manage daily shop operations and team workflow
- Lead and support technicians and front-end staff
- Ensure quality, customer satisfaction, and shop organization
- Oversee inventory and ordering
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of automotive repair experience, with 2+ in a leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge and customer service skills
- Experience with shop management software a plus
- ASE certifications preferred
