Lead Teller (Full-time) Chase Branch

LOC Credit Union, a full-service financial institution, is looking for a full-time Lead Teller at our Chase office. The ideal candidate will serve an important role in helping members with their financial goals through our "Let's Win. Together." principle!

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to high service standards, operational excellence and a desire to grow participation in the Credit Union.
• Actively listen to members by engaging them in conversations to uncover their present or future financial needs.
• Ensure that members' transactions and requests are completed in a timely and professional manner.
• Referring and educating members on credit union products and services.
• Accurately and confidently open and process all account and loan types.
• In collaboration with or at the direction of their Branch Manager, manage the daily operations including, but is not limited to, opening and closing for business; daily balancing of the vault, ensuring the balancing and operation of the ATM, assisting the Tellers with check approvals, overrides and answering of questions.
• Perform a variety of duties in the branch to support daily operations.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• This individual must have proficient communication and organizational skills.
• Exceptional sales abilities.
• Good computer skills.
• The drive to help their members and our growing group of teammates anyway they can.

Experience/education:

• Prior credit union or bank cash handling experience (preferred)
• GED or high school diploma (required)
