About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software UI Engineer to join our dynamic team and spearhead the transformational next generation Contact Center Solution. You will be working with cross functional teams to develop innovative, mission-critical, massively scalable solutions with best-in-class cloud technology and platforms that offer differentiated user experience to all our customers.
In this role, you will:
+ Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
+ Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines
+ Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
+ Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors
+ Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
+ Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
+ Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 5+ years of real time low latency, front-end Web applications React, Redux, RXJS, Typescript, JavaScript frameworks with responsive design invoking Rest APIs and real time eventing gRPC or Web Sockets or LongPoll, using Micro front end architecture (SPA or equivalent).
+ 5+ years of experience with JQuery, CSS, HTML, SaSS/LESS , NPM, WebPack and NodeJS and Java microservices
+ 5+ years of experience in writing automated testing frameworks for Unit testing of UI Microservices with JEST, Karma Runner or equivalent
+ 3+ years of proven knowledge in one or more of the contact center sub domains such as: IVR/IVA, NLU/NLP, Routing, Recording and Analytics including Transcription, Outbound, Work force Management or Optimization, Historical Reporting & Analytics, Real Time Omni channel Agent experience and customer journey
+ 3+ years working with GCP (Google Cloud Provider) or alternate public/hybrid cloud
Desired Skills:
+ 4+ years of Experience with Contact Center industry or relevant experience authoring real time, low latency, communication related front end applications with design, development, testing, integration with vendors, business applications, CRM and web applications for softphones such as WebRTC, audio/video/chat softphone client development experience is strongly desired
+ 2+ years of hands-on experience with TrueCD, DevOps with Cucumber, Jenkins
+ 2+ years of CX/AX experience optimization using AI/ML is a plus
+ Experience working in Agile environment and product backlog refinement against ongoing engineering work, Agile at scale, conducting discoveries and process improvements to accelerate software development
+ Proven experience of accelerated integration through cookbooks and blueprints, across vendors as well as enterprise CRM and ecosystems through design by contract and de-risking approaches with shift left
+ Professional cloud certification on Azure/GCP or other cloud providers
+ Should have good understanding of Network Security Experience, Enterprise Architecture, and Security best practices exemplified through previous projects
