Lead Veterinary Technician - Eastside Animal Hospital

We are a veterinary practice looking for a Lead Veterinary Technician who is a leader, self-motivated, and skilled. We strive to offer fantastic veterinary care and customer service to our clients.

We are a privately owned Hospital that values work-life balance and relationships amongst our staff. 

Eastside Animal Hospital sees all small animal, including some exotics.  

Located in a diverse community in an urban setting.

Some of the responsibilities are to oversee staff training in accordance with the hospital's goals and vision. While overseeing client flow to ensure that clients are seen and treated in a professional and timely manner.   Along with other technician duties such as obtaining histories, collecting laboratory samples, perform in-house laboratory testing, preparing surgeries, performing anesthesia, cleaning, and educating our clients.We are looking for someone experienced and who can ensure all staff are given the skills to succeed in the workplace.

In addition the Lead Veterinary Technician will assist management with administrative tasks and quality control of their department.

Requirements are to be organized, multitasker, courteous, customer service skills, a positive attitude and a smile.
