Here is What Your day May Consist of:
- Prioritize and delegate tasks to technicians based on project requirements, deadlines, and individual skill sets
- Ensure that work assignments are distributed efficiently and monitor the progress of ongoing tasks
- Monitor the performance and progress of technicians, offering real-time feedback and support when needed
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and problem-solving
- Support your team by assisting 4-10 technicians on the floor as needed with veterinary technical skills as needed
Here is What You Will Bring to the Position:
- Licensed Veterinary Technician strongly preferred
- 2-4 years of veterinary technician experience which includes but is not limited to: blood draws, proficient surgical experience, assisting doctors on medical cases, emergency care and intensive care
- Supervisory and leadership experience with a high level of emotional intelligence
- Excellent time management and flexibility
- Inventory experience preferred
