This role serves as the Regional Sales and Operations Manager for American Standard’s DTC efforts. Assists with the development of American Standard’s selling process, hiring, training and managing sales representatives. Responsibilities include managing the selling process and teams of salespeople in multiple markets, and to achieve aggressive sales targets, customer satisfaction scores and advertising ROI. Performance is measured by the region’s cumulative NSLI (Net Sales per Lead Issued) metric. This position will cover the Northeast region.

Making bath remodels simple with easy installation solutions that raise the standard of living through quality, safety and smart design is the focus of ASHS. Installation and service is at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities:- Manage the sales process closely, providing leadership, direction and support to field sales teams.
- Assist in the development and continued optimization of the sales process
- Recruit, hire and train sales teams
- Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of professionalism
- Oversee and approve sales contracts
- Interface with Marketing team to maintain high rate of return on advertising spend
- Maintain metrics on all key deliverables (sales, leads, customer satisfaction etc.)
- Maintain a weekly reporting rhythm and feedback sales needs to business leadership
- Provide local market feedback on Install Partners as needed.
- Work closely with Business Leaders to develop go forward strategy for Direct Response Channel
- Develop and deliver ongoing training programs that will keep products and features fresh in sales team’s minds with a focus on adding brand value and improving close rates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership/management experience in a similar direct response field, and dealing with Sales and Customers on a daily basis.
- Computer proficiency required, specifically in Google Applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to relate to distinct audiences including customers, sales representatives, and various levels of management.
- Conducts self with a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Travel required, up to 25 %.
- Location flexible to support the Northeast region of the US.
The Hiring Salary Range for this position in an annual salary is $64,000.00-$91,000.00
(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
Other Compensation: This role will be eligible to participate in the monthly LHS Incentive Plan.
