Job Summary and Qualifications
As Leadership and Organizational Development Coordinator you support deployment of programs and services across leadership and organizational development (L&OD) service areas, in addition to support of strategic initiatives and projects. This role performs administrative duties in support of the development/deployment of leadership programs and organizational design projects, including systems administration.
What you will do in this role:
- Activities related to program delivery which may include: posting information on training programs, coordinating schedules, reserving classroom space, enrolling participants, tracking participating, & administering surveys.
- Supports Community of Excellence (COE) reporting and tracking for invoicing, billing and budget planning cycles.
- Reports on group level training delivery and tracking against key metrics.
- Coordinates and supports events requiring hotel contracts, venue reservations, and group activities.
- Curates and develops agenda for staff meetings, prepare PowerPoint Presentations, scheduling virtual WebEx meetings, connected classroom, and other communication technology.
What you should have for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree preferred
- You must have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in relevant work
