In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of planners to assess our Product Areas capacity requirements and ensure that Google has the appropriate amount of infrastructure (primarily machines) to meet those needs. You will collaborate with all organizational levels to define project requirements for new processes and software systems, coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive decision making and plan for scalable, efficient and predictable growth.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs including executive and key partner communications.
- Lead a governance structure that drives executive decision-making.
- Identify change management opportunities that increase program velocity which affect multiple teams.
- Define/manage a program portfolio solving problems that target high business impact for the organization and product areas.
- Manage a portfolio or programs with tactical impact to the organization.
